Emotional Health
Logically Accurate, Emotionally Healthy is ideal for anyone with a sweet-tooth for innovation in the fields of emotional health, mindfulness, performance excellence, stress management, self-development or energy psychology.
- What is the purpose of human thought?
- What are the steps to optimal thinking?
- What are the building blocks of emotional patterns that create your sensitivities and reactivities to every life experience?
- How can you break emotional reflexes wired into your nervous system from childhood?
- How can you standardise communication within your family, friends, workplace or corporation?
- To understand your mindset you have to understand the recurring thought process that creates it. The greatest discovery in human history will be the sequential recipe for optimal human thought.
It will address the social crisis of unhealthy, unstructured thinking that jackpots into the medical crisis of mental health. It will also enable computer programs to mimic optimal human thought to create "true" artificial intelligence.
We don't know how to teach our children how to think optimally. Simultaneously, we can't program computers to mimic optimal human thought to create "true" artificial intelligence. The solution is that the human thought process is a sequential series of steps like playing hopscotch that produces a perfect result in a minimum number of steps; all with the inherent design of nature – a fractal algorithm.
Since 2013, Dr Sean Eastwood has been studying the work of a now-deceased Australian software developer who claimed to have found the master algorithm of artificial general intelligence based on the discovery that the human thought process is a natural law like gravity.
The result is precise blueprints for human thought and perception that accommodate all forms of physical and energetic medicine.
