Store Description
All books are sold on approval. If you feel that the book was not accurately described, I'll refund
the purchase. I'm careful about the condition of the books I sell and grading is according to
industry standards. Generally, all flaws will be mentioned, however, some slight imperfections may
be judged as not worthy of specific mention. Customers are always welcome to request more
detailed information about a book's condition prior to ordering and I'm happy to explain any of the
terminology used ...
All domestic orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LBs, or 1 KG. If your order is heavy or oversized, I may contact you to let you know that extra shipping will be required, particularly if you request priority shipping. I ship through the U.S. Post Office. For domestic orders, I typically purchase insurance for books valued $100 and over.
For most international orders, I use USPS priority international or first class international mail. In order to qualify for the advertised rates, a book must fit into a standard size priority envelope which is about 9" x 12" or 23cm x 30cm--the thicker the book, the less likely to fit. If the book will not fit inside the international priority envelope, it will have to be shipped via first class international or priority which is typically more expensive. Shipping time for international orders is usually 6-10 days, not including custom delays.
All books are shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap inside. As mentioned above, domestic priority and priority international shipments may require the book to be shipped in a USPS priority envelope which is less sturdy than a cardboard box. Customers ordering priority or priority international are welcome to contact me prior to ordering the book in order to inquire about the possibility or added costs of shipping in a cardboard box rather than the USPS flat rate envelope.
