The content is transcribed verbatim from original recordings, preserving the complexity and completeness of the teachings. The lessons often employ allegory and paradox, with recurring spiritual themes revisited in varied ways to foster understanding. Some topics are briefly touched upon, while others are explored in greater depth, always in alignment with the law of merit.
This volume is the first in The Living Light Dialogue series, encompassing spiritual awareness classes, lectures, and seminars channeled through Mr. Goodwin. Central to these teachings is a philosophy of individual responsibility and self-awareness, offering practical tools for awakening the mind to the soul’s eternal truth.
The Teacher, speaking through Mr. Goodwin, addresses subjects such as the neutrality of God, evolutionary incarnation, soul faculties, the power of peace, and the universal law that we create our own experiences. These lessons are designed to expand awareness and provide practical guidance for everyday living and spiritual growth.
At the heart of this philosophy is the Law of Personal Responsibility: we are the creators of our experiences through our thoughts, words, and acts. Life reflects our state of consciousness, and God is understood not as a creator, but as a neutral, infinite intelligence sustaining all life. The teachings also highlight the Law of Attachment—like attracts like—and emphasize the importance of understanding and mastering the mind to achieve our goals and experience life’s goodness.
The philosophy provides the tools that allow us to distinguish between the thoughts of the mind and the gentle promptings of the soul. The book is filled with inspirational quotes, affirmations, and spiritual exercises, offering a pathway to a conscious awareness of our own divinity. The Living Light Philosophy offers a path of awakening, but it is up to us to make the effort to walk that path.
