Whether you’re taking leadership for your own health, creating a nurturing environment for those you love, or innovating how preventative health is delivered, this book is for you.
Living Inside the Health Matrix reveals health in its most complete, dynamic, and multidimensional form—and how it is continually shaped by the people around us. By understanding health comprehensively, you may discover new paths to health that were once invisible. The book shows why willpower alone is not enough for our long-term health and highlights the profound influence others have on our lives. Just like everyone else, you deserve to find your own unique path to health. This book provides a clear roadmap. Taking a futuristic approach, it also plants the seeds for the preventative care system we all deserve, showing not just what we can do for our health, but what we can build for ourselves and our loved ones.
The book introduces the Health Matrix, a framework that helps us see how our physical, mental, and social health dimensions interact—and why we can’t maintain long-term health on our own. It shows that health is not just a personal effort, but a collaborative outcome shaped by three health defenders: doctors, interventionists, and health keepers.
Through real-life examples and actionable insights, the book explains how to apply the Health Matrix to daily life, improve habits, and identify the support needed to stay on track. By using this framework in both personal health and system-level innovation, we can move toward lasting well-being—and help build a healthier world together.
Tyler Yaqing Tang, inventor of a U.S.-patented framework for preventative health delivery, draws on a decade of experience in health innovation and systems design to redefine how prevention can be embedded within modern healthcare.
