Paperback. Synopsis: My vision, mission, and passion in life have been to help young people become the best they can be, so I wrote this book to help them live according to God's purpose in their lives. I am also the co-author of a curriculum called Mind Over Matter and Game Changer. The curriculum helps young people to be critical thinkers. I thank God for using me with young people because I have always loved working with them. I wish all young people the best in learning how to live a life pleasing to God by fulfilling His purpose in life. Autobiography: Dr. Dawn M. Cobb-Fossnes has been in the field of education since 1980 as a high-school math teacher, guidance counselor, and principal. She has worked both in private and public schools, has been a workshop speaker at several teacher conferences, and was the co-founder of a private school that included international students. In addition to earning a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction/Special Education from Liberty University, she also holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership/Administration from Cairn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Southeastern University. Dr. Cobb-Fossnes is the founder of Melody Ministries, Inc., which is a non-profit organization that provides a free week of camp for underprivileged boys and girls. The camp was started in 1999 for boys and in 2012 for girls.
