You’ve heard the whispers of a "Caucasian haven"—a place where bureaucracy vanishes, taxation is optional, and your potential is limited only by your own ambition.
For the modern digital professional, the remote investor, and the globally minded entrepreneur, Georgia is no longer an obscure corner of the map. It is the ultimate administrative shortcut. But moving beyond the surface-level allure requires more than just a passport; it requires a precise, professional blueprint. Are you truly prepared to navigate the intricacies of the one-year visa-free framework, or are you just gambling with your residency status?
Living in Georgia is your essential expat bible. Authored for those who demand efficiency and legal certainty, this manual cuts through the fluff of travel blogs to deliver the raw, actionable intelligence you need to establish a secure and profitable life in Tiflis and beyond. Whether you are launching a business, securing real estate, or optimizing your global tax strategy, this guide provides the tactical knowledge to move from "tourist" to "permanent economic participant" with clinical precision.
Inside, you will master the art of Caucasian integration:
-
Border Framework Mastery: Navigate the three-hundred-sixty-five-day visa-free regime with total confidence and master the mechanics of status maintenance.
-
Fiscal Autonomy: Leverage the Small Business Status to access one of the most competitive tax regimes in Europe, keeping more of your global earnings in your own pocket.
-
Real Estate Intel: Decode the Tiflis property market, learn the methodology behind true asset valuation, and secure your domicile with absolute registry transparency.
-
Institutional Integration: Fast-track your path from Individual Entrepreneur to long-term residency and beyond, utilizing the nation’s sophisticated digital portals.
-
Operational Lifestyle: From grocery logistics and medical readiness to navigating the linguistic and social nuances of local heritage, learn to live like a local without sacrificing the professional standards you value.
This is not a manual for the aimless visitor; it is for the professional who treats their relocation as a high-stakes, high-reward strategy. The infrastructure is ready, the legal foundation is solid, and the path to prosperity is clear. Secure your future in one of the world's most dynamic economic enclaves, and let your relocation be the smartest professional move you ever make.

Store description
We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first visit or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
