About the Author: Elizabeth Kerl devised Living Energy in response to years of counselling and teaching people who expressed a deep need for a spiritual dimension to their lives but were disillusioned by the offerings of organised religions.Educated at the University of Wales, Cardiff and the University of Oxford, Elizabeth began life as a philologist before entering training to the priesthood in the Church in Wales. On leaving the Church, Elizabeth continued her spiritual training gaining a Masters in Theology from Oxford and qualifying as a Reiki Master. Having taught and lectured across Britain and Europe, Elizabeth is now a lecturer at one of the largest tertiary colleges in the UK. She lives in South Wales with her son.
