The leather on the boards is rubbed, the spine's ends and the corners are slightly bumped and torn, two small worm holes appear on the spine. Two pieces of leather [3/4-in x 2/8-in and 1/2-in x 3/8-in] are missing on the back cover. Volume III : 256pp. Contents: 13 Chapters: Prior, Congreve, Blackmore, Fenton, Gay, Granville, Yalden, Tickell, Hammond, Somerville, Savage, Swift, Broome. The rag paper is slightly foxed; no inked notation on it. For the binding, see the description above; but no piece of leather is missing; it is just a very small worm hole on front cover [ 1/16-in diameter].
