nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - Live Issues in Classical Study is a book written by Karl Pomeroy Harrington that explores various topics related to classical studies. The book is divided into three parts, each of which covers a different aspect of classical studies. The first part of the book focuses on the study of ancient languages, including Greek and Latin. Harrington discusses the importance of learning these languages and the challenges that come with studying them. He also addresses the question of whether or not it is necessary for classical scholars to have a deep understanding of the languages in order to fully appreciate and analyze classical texts. The second part of the book looks at the interpretation and analysis of classical texts. Harrington examines various approaches to interpreting classical literature, including historical, literary, and philosophical perspectives. He also discusses the challenges that arise when trying to understand the context in which these texts were written. The final part of the book explores the relevance of classical studies in the modern world. Harrington argues that classical studies are still relevant and important today, despite the fact that they are often seen as outdated or irrelevant. He discusses the ways in which classical literature and philosophy can inform modern debates and discussions.Overall, Live Issues in Classical Study is a thought-provoking and insightful book that will appeal to anyone with an interest in classical studies. It provides a comprehensive overview of the field and offers valuable insights into some of the most pressing issues facing classical scholars today. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
