From her earliest days, Alishea has crafted stories, poems, and songs brimming with wonder, a testament to her innately creative spirit. Guided by parents who cultivated a deep love for imagination and storytelling, this enduring passion still fuels her journey through adulthood. Now, as a mother to two adventurous and inquisitive young boys, Alishea is dedicated to instilling this same spirit of creative expression in her family and the broader community she serves. It is through the lens of Motherhood that she writes children's books and Motherhood poetry that serve as a beacon in navigating the joys, challenges, and changing dynamics of family life. Holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and with over two decades of experience as an educator and dean, Alishea seamlessly integrates her academic and practical expertise into her role as an author. Her works are thoughtfully designed to foster empathy, spark curiosity, and cultivate a sense of belonging in ourselves, our families, and our shared world.
