A warm and whimsical picture book that helps children discover that mistakes are part of learning—and that truly good things need time to grow.
Lollpie can’t wait for her wildflowers to bloom. Hoping to make them grow faster, she gives the seeds too much water, too much fertilizer, and even extra light at night. But despite all her efforts, things do not turn out the way she imagined.
With gentle guidance from Buzzbell—and through memorable stories about pizza, a butterfly, and a cake—Lollpie begins to understand that wonderful things cannot be rushed. They need patience, care, and just the right amount of time.
Little by Little, Lollpie Grows is a beautifully illustrated story about patience, learning from mistakes, and trying again. It encourages young readers to slow down, trust the process, and discover how small steps can eventually lead to something beautiful.
Perfect for:
• Children ages 5–8
• Bedtime stories and family read-alouds
• Social-emotional learning at home or in the classroom
• Children who become frustrated when results do not come quickly
• Young readers who love flowers, gardens, animals, and nature
A tender reminder for every child: flowers, dreams, and children all grow little by little.
