The Light You Can Reach is a practical, compassionate guide for the person who is still inside the darkness but beginning to wonder whether one small bridge might still exist.
Angie G. Ford writes with the steady voice of someone who understands that depression does not always feel like sadness. Sometimes it feels like numbness, pressure, exhaustion, irritation, shame, or the strange comfort of a pain you already know.
This book does not offer cure language, forced positivity, or spiritualized blame. Instead, it gives the reader small tools, gentle pauses, and grounded ways to notice the first reachable light without being burned by it.
For anyone trying to build a bridge out of the dark one breath at a time, this book begins where they are.
