This book helps you assess your current level of personality maturity and further develop it. This, in turn, will also support you in leading and guiding others. From the understanding of lifelong personality development, numerous opportunities for growth arise at different stages of maturity throughout life. The book demonstrates that while not everything is developable at every moment, something can always be developed at any given time.
Using an easily understandable model, you will learn which stages of maturity humans can reach and what personal developments are possible over the course of a lifetime.
In doing so, the usual horizontal evaluation methods—focusing on competencies, attitudes, motives, and emotions—are complemented by a vertical, new, and exciting perspective. You will receive development tips for different stages and areas of growth. The authors present positive development possibilities across almost all fields, thereby encouraging a paradigm shift in how personality is viewed.
Target Audience
Leaders who view their personality as their most valuable tool for success will greatly enjoy this book. It is also ideal for HR professionals, coaches, and all consultants who wish to expand their expertise in personal development for their advisory work.
