The next step for women navigating any life change.
In times as unpredictable as these, one of the few certainties is that life transitions—both planned and unplanned—will always arise. Passions shift, interests fluctuate, jobs begin and end, families evolve, illnesses and aging occur, and relationships deepen or drift. Just when you’ve adjusted to one transition, another arrives with full force. The question, then, isn’t how to avoid the waves of change; it's how to rise with them into the next phase of your life. How do you stay grounded when everything around you is shifting?
In Your Life Transition Toolkit, Clara Goldberg-Freeman draws on her own life-altering experiences, clients’ stories, and her expertise in behavioral science to guide you through any transition you’re currently facing and prepare you for the ones to come. Using The Life Transition Toolkit™, you’ll learn how to meet change with confidence, courage, and clarity. Whether you’re relocating, pursuing a new career opportunity, starting a family later in life, expanding new relationships and priorities, or releasing what no longer serves you, this book is the key to unlocking your inner voice. You will build your capacity to trust the process and embrace new perspectives while discovering how to transform life’s upheavals into opportunities for growth and step boldly into the next, truest version of yourself.
