"Sir Woodbine Parish, sometime Secretary to Lord Castlereagh; Charge D'Affaires and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Provinces of the River Plate, being the first agent sent by Great Britain to recognize the Independence of the Argentine Republic and to establish Diplomatic relations between the two countries; Minister Plenipotentiary in Naples".
