Samuel Elbert performed for Georgia during, before and after the Revolutionary War. Elbert County Georgia is named for this former Governor. The booklet is 48 pages, with small tears and 2 small chunks missing at bottom of the original paper wrapper. Some light surface soiling and a few spots to cover. Small chunk missing from top of page 17, does not affect type. Interior is clean and has no markings. Tanning on front and rear free end papers. Comes to you in an acid free document bag for storage.
