Paperback. We were once in a hurry to grow up. Then adulthood arrived with questions we never knew we would have to answer. The Life is a quiet, deeply human reflection on the way our thoughts change as we move from childhood to adulthood-and beyond. As children, happiness can be a chocolate, a bicycle ride, or a rainy afternoon. As teenagers, it can become approval, belonging, or the feeling of being understood. As adults, it can become success, money, stability, relationships, and time. But somewhere along the way, we begin to wonder whether we were searching for happiness while it was already happening around us. Through simple observations about childhood, comparison, success, relationships, family, work, money, identity, and time, The Life invites you to look at the different versions of yourself you've carried along the way. This isn't a book that tells you how to live. It is a book that asks you to pause. To remember who you were. To understand who you are. And to accept that you are still becoming. Because perhaps growing up was never about becoming someone completely new. Perhaps it was about becoming yourself. This item is printed on demand.
