What you will find in this book is practical assistance in ridding yourself of all the negativity that holds you back. Many people have advice on mental health or emotional health, but you are a whole person, not pieces parts. All parts of you are affected by the junk that binds you. This book teaches you a prayer that declutters your life and then offers journal prompts to help you delve further into issues that have been holding your life hostage.
Plan to get a blank book, journal, notebook, or even a sketchbook as a companion book. The questions and prompts are designed to help you work through memories and experiences at your own pace.
