Synopsis:

This book is based on a bare-knuckle true story. All its characters are real life personalities. Most of them are still alive and well. It is the life story of Azm Fazlul Hoque who was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh. He graduated from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and was placed in the First Class with 4th standing (out of 14 in the first class). Mr. Hoque came to Canada with a British Commonwealth Scholarship to complete his post-graduate studies at the University of Alberta and at McMaster University. Mr. Hoque briefly worked with the Bangladesh Water Development Board and for nearly ten years with the Federal Government of Canada. Following that, he joined the United Nations and worked in Asia and Africa for nearly twenty years culminating as a Senior Economic Affairs Officer. During his long career with the United Nations, Mr. Hoque traveled extensively through six continents of the world. He is currently retired and spends time in Canada and Bangladesh. Mr. Hoque still travels often across the world.
