My Life Coach Wears a Tutu is about why vulnerability and authenticity trump marketing and image. It’s about creating new clients by connecting deeply with people instead of spraying the Internet with self-promotion. It’s about letting your niche find you rather than trying to manufacture one. It’s not more hype, but solid, meaningful tools to boost you up in the challenging times, answer some of the hard questions and help you gain clarity about your coaching practice. Filled with real life examples, lessons, stories, and images, My Life Coach Wears a Tutu offers ten transformative chapters for being yourself, making money and having fun.
In chapters such as: The Guru Fallacy, Loving Turtles & Sales Chickens, and There Are No Rules, Gros creates a map for navigating the experimental and adventurous nature of coaching in what he calls the “Wild West.”
Coaching is not about being a Guru or an expert, but rather continuing to experiment with your own life, and letting others in on the process.
From broader life lessons about coaching (you only have to be two steps ahead of someone to coach them) to the core questions of “how much do I charge?” and “how much training do I need?” It’s a practical roadmap for becoming a skilled, ethical and prosperous coach.
Love coaching, but can’t stand “sales?”
Feel like the business side of coaching is draining your passion?
Want to lighten up and have more fun as a coach?
It doesn't matter if you are a coaching newbie or have many years under your belt, My Life Coach Wears a Tutu will show you how to:
