   All books offered through this platform are the property of the Cultural Association Libros Viven, registered with CIF G75655969. Our primary mission is to promote reading, book reuse, and support social and cultural projects.

Shipping Terms

1. Order Processing
   Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe may vary during high-demand periods or exceptional circumstances, which will be duly communicated to the buyer.

2. Shipping Methods
   Shipments are carried out using reliable postal services or courier companies selected by the Cultural Association Libros Viven to ensure the efficient delivery of orders.

3. Delivery Timeframe
   Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the selected shipping method. Domestic shipments typically take between 3 and 7 business days, while international shipments may take between 10 and 30 business days, depending on the destination country.

4. Order Tracking
   When applicable, a tracking number will be provided to the buyer so they can monitor the status of their order. This number will be available through the platform or communication system in use.

5. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are determined based on the size, weight of the package, and the recipient’s location. These costs will be visible to the buyer before completing the transaction.

6. Buyer Responsibility for Shipping Information
   It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. The Cultural Association Libros Viven is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by errors in the information provided by the buyer.

7. Delivery Delays or Issues
   While the Association works with trusted partners, it is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, every effort will be made to keep the buyer informed and resolve the issue.

8. Undelivered Packages Policy
   If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because the buyer failed to collect it, the buyer will be responsible for the costs of reshipping. The Association is not liable for the loss of unclaimed packages.

9. Sustainability in Shipping
   In line with our mission, the Association prioritizes the use of recycled or recyclable packaging materials whenever possible. Each purchase contributes not only to our social and cultural projects but also to reducing environmental impact.

10. Communication and Problem Resolution
    Should any issues arise with delivery, the buyer must contact the Association via the platform’s communication system. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
