They are providing materials to patrons on an almost immediate basis, including online access to a multitude of journal articles. This Festschrift volume, presented as a tribute to Dr Madan Kumar Stanley by his professional colleagues and friends, commemorates his invaluable contributions and service to the library and information science community, especially in the field of Agricultural Librarianship, even after his retirement. The overwhelming response from the contributors to this volume and their expressions of respect and affection towards Dr M.K. Stanley demonstrate the significance of his senior professional status. The editor extends sincere gratitude to the learned contributors and expresses appreciation for their valuable contributions. 326 pp. Englisch.
