Print on Demand. This book presents the 14th-century epic poem 'Li Bastars de Buillon,' a continuation of the 'Baudouin de Sebourc.' French literature saw a decline in quality during the period in which this work was written. Despite shortcomings, this epic, like its predecessor, stands out for its captivating storytelling, colorful characters, and vivid language. The author employs fantastical elements to breathe life into the historical exploits of King Baldwin I of Jerusalem and his contemporaries during the First Crusade, delivering a tale of adventure, love, and political intrigue. This epic is a testament to the enduring legacy of the Crusades in the European imagination and serves as a valuable historical document, shedding light on the complexities of the era. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
