Print on Demand. This book argues that waking earlier and utilizing the extra time is not just good for business but is also beneficial in physical and mental health. The author provides a series of letters addressed to different people explaining why and how they should wake earlier in order to improve various aspects of their lives. The author used personal anecdotes and draws on religious scripture to illustrate the benefits of rising early. They provide a practical argument for the value of time, and a compelling reason to rethink how we use it. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.
