Very nicely printed and illustrated in sepia, with pictorial covers, showing a hunter in the woods and a hawk's head. Step by step instructions, from killing the animal so as to leave it suitable for preserving, to making hat racks and inkwells out of the feet. Reptiles, fish, and sharks are included, as well as the usual game animals and birds, with many instructive drawings. Two-inch closed tear to top of two pamphlets, and a half-inch grease spot and light toning to back wrapper of the last one (Book IX) else a fine group.
