Paperback. In the magical Clockwork Canyons, where ancient gears hum quietly inside the rocks, Leo believes he has an important job: keeping the pebbles on the path perfectly aligned. If even one pebble is out of place, his "worry signal" starts to rumble, warning him that something terrible might happen. With the gentle support of his friend Willow, Leo begins to discover something brave and surprising-that he can listen to his worry without always obeying it. Leo, Willow, and the Path of Pebbles is a warm, reassuring picture book that introduces children to obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors through a safe, imaginative metaphor. Designed especially for children ages 6-9, the story gently reflects experiences common in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) while emphasizing courage, flexibility, and self-trust. At the back of the book, a Parent Notes section helps caregivers: - Understand the story's emotional themes- Start meaningful conversations about worry and perfection- Encourage brave, flexible thinking in everyday life This book does not label, diagnose, or frighten. Instead, it offers comfort, understanding, and a reminder that the world is often stronger than our worries. Perfect for bedtime reading, classrooms, therapy settings, and quiet moments of connection. This item is printed on demand.
