Neuware -An einem Samstagnachmittag im November hatten die Englein nichts zu tun und die himmlische Musik, die jeden Vor- und Nachmittag spielte, mußte sich ohne die Unterstützung behelfen welche sie ihr sonst durch ihren Gesang zu leisten hatten. Und das kam so. Am verflossenen Sonntag während der großen Himmelsandacht hatte der Herrgott zu bemerken geglaubt daß die Engelchöre nicht so frisch klangen wie er es sonst zu hören gewohnt war, ja daß kleine Rauhigkeiten die himmlische Harmonie störten auf deren ungeschmälerte Reinheit er sehr sah. Er ließ sich daher nach der Andacht den Kapellmeister und den Gesanglehrer kommen und stellte sie ziemlich verdrießlich über seine Wahrnehmungen unter dem Hinweis zur Rede, er könne nach einer arbeitsreichen Woche wohl verlangen daß ihm am Sonntag in der Himmelskirche eine anständige Musik vorgemacht würde. Das aber was er heute da hätte zu hören bekommen, erinnere ihn eher an üble irdische Katzenmusiken, die er nicht allzusehr liebe, als an eine Symphonia coelestis wie sie einzig hier am Platze sei. Der Kapellmeister, dem der Gesanglehrer durch Haftung und Gesichtsausdruck stumm beizupflichten sich bemühte, erklärte dem lieben Gott hierauf, daß er seine Wahrnehmungen nicht bestreiten könne; er müsse für die beobachteten Mißstimmigkeiten die Engel verantwortlich machen, von denen sich einige Schreihälse im Übereifer ganz heiser geschrien hätten und dadurch die Klangschönheit des Ganzen, wenn auch nur wenig, so doch für Gottes Ohr wohl vernehmlich beeinträchtigten. Der Herr hatte darauf befohlen daß Maßregeln getroffen würden, die solche Vorkommnisse für die Zukunft unmöglich machten, und die himmlische Vorsehung, welche für diese Dinge die zuständige Stelle war, erließ daraufhin eine Verordnung, wonach nicht nur den Engeln das Singen an Samstagnachmittagen überhaupt verboten sondern ihnen auch noch ans Herz gelegt wurde, sich nicht durch unnötiges Springen und Tollen zu erhitzen, Schreien und Zanken zu unterlassen und ihre Stimme für den großen Himmelskirchgesang am Sonntag möglichst zu schonen. Denn der Herrgott ging, weil er es nicht nötig hatte, nur Sonntags in die Kirche, im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Himmelsbewohnern, insbesondere den Heiligen, die schon aus alter lieber Gewohnheit in die Kirche gingen, und den vielen armen Sündern die, seit der Heiland die Auferstehung in der Welt eingeführt hatte, den Himmel bevölkerten und den Kirchenbesuch recht nötig hatten.Books on Demand GmbH, Überseering 33, 22297 Hamburg 56 pp. Deutsch.…

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
