張植珊校長紀事

民國18年出生於福建。

民國44年國立臺灣師範大學教育系畢業,先後任教於臺北師院與臺灣師大。

民國47年兼任海外通訊社採編工作,接觸到許多海外僑情。

民國50年在菲律賓東方學院校長陳烈甫鼓勵下,毅然前往菲律賓,展開海外任教與留學歲月。

民國54年取得菲律賓聖約瑟大學教育碩士學位。

民國56年返國,追隨蔣白、宗亮東教授推展輔導工作,協助救國團創辦「張老師輔導中心」,且在中國輔導學會策劃下,培訓九年國教所需的輔導教師。

民國60年考試院甲等特考最優錄取,8月,臺灣省立教育學院(彰師大前身)成立,受許校長智偉先生邀約,籌設我國第一個輔導學系(現更名為輔導與諮商學系)並任第一任主任。在任內創建中國輔導運動之父──蔣建白先生紀念館,並成立彰化「張老師」諮商輔導中心。

民國61年3月,許校長智偉先生升任台灣省教育廳長,張前校長植珊先生代理校務。

民國63年4月正式接任,為本校第二任校長,相繼設立特殊教育系、數學系、物理系、化學系、生物系、商教系、語文教學系、輔導、特教、科教研究所等系所,並致力於校地擴展,第二校區整建、校舍營建與校園規劃,奠定了彰化師大永續發展的良好基礎。

民國69年7月改隸中央為國立臺灣教育學院,著手規劃增所設院改制大學。

民國72年獲得教育部資深績優八德金牌獎章。7月校長任期屆滿,出任行政院文化建設委員會副主委,襄匡國家文化建設的規劃、審議、協調與推動。

民國73年任國安會、國家建設研究委員會研究委員。

民國75年獲頒師鐸獎。

民國78年參與國史館編寫《文化志》及《教育志》中的「文化推展」與「師範教育」專篇。

民國82年任僑務委員會副委員長,對於海外僑校教育的提昇與文化活動的推動,留下了重大的建樹。並獲得行政院績優及功績獎章、中央實踐獎章,以及中國文藝協會「文藝教育類」榮譽獎章。

民國85年自公職退休,受聘任中國青年救國團副主任、指導委員、評議委員,實際參與了救國團的轉型與服務新面向。

民國92年任中華民國孔孟學會祕書長與孔孟月刊社長。

民國93年榮膺國立臺灣師大傑出校友獎。

張校長之著作:《國民中學指(輔)導工作研究》、《教育評鑑》、《教育輔導》、《輔導原理》、《教育與輔導論集》、《文化建設與文化教育》、《人文化育.甘露春風》等專書。及合著共六十多本;另專題研究報告三十餘篇;在報刊雜誌發表之論述、散文等近三百篇。

Right of withdrawal

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Rarewaves.com UK, London, London, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
