8vo 8" - 9" tall; 464 pages; Bound in original paper covered boards backed in cloth with paper title label to spine. Cloth spine frayed and distressed with small areas of loss. Paper title label soiled and missing nicks from edges. Contents soundly bound and boards still attached - but only tenuously so. Text clean and unmarked on supple bright page stock. Prior ownership in manuscript to front pastedown covered by the book plate of a Belle Lettres society of an East Coast college. Good thus.
