When was the last time you felt truly like yourself?
Not productive-you.
Not over hustling-you.
Not the version of you trying to keep up, fit in, or hold it all together.
Just… well... you.
I wrote Learning to Be Human Again as a wake-up call for anyone who feels worn down by modern life (or just life in general), a little disconnected from themselves, or quietly wondering, Is this really what it’s all about?
Somewhere along the way, we were taught to ignore our intuition, stuff down our emotions, and measure our worth by output, approval, and expectations that were never ours to begin with.
The result? Stress, self-doubt, burnout... and a nagging feeling that we’ve drifted far from who we used to be, or who we really are, after the world stops telling us who we should be.
In this honest, encouraging, no-nonsense book, I'll help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried under all the noise of being told who you should be. You’ll learn how to:
• Let go of societal programming that never fit you in the first place
• Stop chasing validation and start trusting yourself again
• Break free from damaging inner narratives
• Simplify your thinking, your habits, and your life
• Rediscover joy, peace, and self-respect, without becoming someone else
This isn’t about fixing yourself. Because you aren’t broken.
It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.
If you’re tired of feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or like you’re living on autopilot, this book will meet you right where you are, and help guide you back to yourself.
