Leading Inclusive Workplaces Through Digital Transformation and Organizational Change examines inclusive and accessible business practices using intelligent technologies. It explores strategies for improved employee health and well-being, retention, and recruitment. This book covers topics such as labor dynamics, artificial intelligence, and agile leadership, and is a useful resource for business owners, engineers, managers, academicians, researchers, and data scientists.
