About the Author

Sebastian Schloemer, Dipl.-Kfm., is program director of the MBA Change Management of the University of Augsburg, and member of the core team of the 'Augsburg School of Corporate Development'. His concentration areas are management development and systemic organization development. Nino Tomaschek, Priv.-Doz., Dr.; Director of the Postgraduate Center of the University of Vienna, visiting professor at the Flensburg school for Advanced Research Studies of the University of Flensburg and founding member of the institute Sevensix-Corporate Research and Consulting GmbH. He is co-founder of the 'Augsburg School of Corporate Development' and co-inventor of the management approach 'Innovation-Coaching'. His concentration areas are consulting for change processes in corporations, systemic management and coaching as well as innovation-coaching.
