Paperback. Leadership in the faith community is a sacred calling, but it's not without cost. Behind the sermons, strategies, and service are leaders who are silently bleeding. Wounded by pressure, weighed down by expectation, and weary from the call. Many serve faithfully while carrying invisible burdens that few ever see. This book is a lifeline for the bruised leader. It offers an honest and hope-filled space to confront the pain that often accompanies spiritual leadership. With compassion and clarity, it reminds us that you don't have to be unscarred to be effective. You don't need to be flawless to be faithful. If you're tired, hurting, or questioning your strength to continue, know this: There is grace for the weary, healing for the wounded, and power even in your pain. Let this journey restore your heart, renew your courage, and remind you that your calling still carries purpose, even in brokenness. This item is printed on demand.
