Item description from seller
The military instills Positive Psychological Capital (PPC) (hope, optimism, self-efficacy and resilience) by the process of training and motivation. So these variables are profoundly linked to the military’s way of life. Many Officers are taking voluntary retirement and are utilized in corporate jobs. Being an Army officer, in order to shift the work culture from military to corporate culture, there are numerous challenges that they face in terms of restoring their positive psychological capital, ensuring work well being and lowering the urge of turnover intentions. So the research in this book has been taken to study role of authentic leadership and Positive Psychological Capital on Work, Well-being and Employee Turnover Intentions in voluntarily retired Army Officers.
