Management, Operation, and Program Development in Human Services Organizations: EnvisionSMART™: A Melmark Model of Administration and Operation is the fourth guidebook in the EnvisionSMART™ series addressing leadership and management practices in human services organizations for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
