Leadership has been shown to be one of the most critical factors in navigating change. That’s why it’s our mission is to help leaders become their most inspirational and transformational selves by harnessing AQ.
Leadership is undoubtedly one of the most important topics of our time. Yet, in a recent study, poor leadership was voted the number one barrier when it comes to adapting to change, with 28% of respondents agreeing. Even with all our modern advantages, it’s clear as a species we are still struggling to define what leadership is, and struggling to create a reliable framework for great leadership. We believe this is because most discussions of leadership miss out a critical component: Adaptability Intelligence or “AQ” (short for “adaptability quotient”).
Just about every major study—from the World Economic Forum, to Deloitte, to Mckinsey, Linkedin and PWC—are placing adaptability as the #1 essential skill of our time, and this book is your ultimate guide to harnessing adaptability secrets to become a transformational leader.
In This Book You Will Find…
- A primer on the data-driven and scientifically valid A.C.E. model of AQ / adaptability
- Pragmatic techniques for using adaptability muscles in leadership scenarios
- Techniques for overcoming the corporate immune system response and integrating AQ in your teams
- Case studies on the financial and opportunity benefits of introducing AQ into your toolset
- And more!
TESTIMONIALS / REVIEWS
(don’t have to use the ones below, just as examples – of course, if you have coaches who can provide testimonials, even better).
“It was to my surprise that such a thing like AQai existed and has now enabled us to measure ourselves, to benchmark our data against what is considered to be best practice in the area of change and adaptability. So that was one of the key drivers for us in the UN system at large.” --Jason Slater, Chief of IT & Digitisation UNIDO
“This is a powerful assist in understanding individuals, groups and organizations to leverage the critical capability of adaptability. If there is one thing to take stock of to be ‘future-ready’ is how adaptable you are, and how you will build your ability, character, and environment to maximize your ability to adapt.” --Len Nanjad, Nanjad Advisory Services Inc.
“What excites me most is the idea that each of us has the capacity to adapt. AND that we have some characteristics that might make adapting more or less challenging. AND that the environment we are in (e.g, company culture) plays an important role...I’m thrilled to be on this learning journey...” --Andrea Evans, C-Space

Store description
In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Since then, we've grown into to a global company pioneering the circular economy. Today, we drive the circular economy through three re-commerce brands: - Wob: Through Wob, we sell. We provide affordable, preloved books and media to customers all over the world. A book leaves our collection of over seven million titles and begins a new chapter every two seconds, enabling more goods to be reused. - Ziffit: Through Ziffit, we buy. We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
