Add to basketThe Lazarus Protocol is a gripping sci-fi survival epic that begins at the end of the world-and dares to imagine what comes after.
When Earth is obliterated by a catastrophic asteroid impact, humanity's final hope rests in an experimental contingency plan known as the Lazarus Protocol. Deep within a lunar base, Abe-a grieving father and engineer-finds himself responsible for the unthinkable: raising and protecting twenty children who represent the last chance for human life.
Assisted by advanced artificial intelligences, including the ever-evolving JANE, Abe must navigate the emotional and logistical challenges of building a future from nothing. The children are not just survivors-they are pioneers, trained from birth to endure the harsh realities of space and one day reclaim a home beyond the ruins of Earth.
As years pass, the lunar base becomes more than a refuge-it becomes a crucible. Bonds are formed, trust is tested, and buried secrets begin to surface. Tensions between Abe and JANE grow as questions of control, autonomy, and truth threaten the fragile stability of their mission.
With Mars as their ultimate destination, the group embarks on a perilous journey that will push them to their limits-physically, emotionally, and morally. Along the way, they must confront not only the dangers of space, but the deeper question of what it truly means to be human in a world where humanity itself must be rebuilt.
Blending heart, suspense, and visionary science fiction, The Lazarus Protocol is a story of loss and resilience, of found family and second chances-and of the enduring hope that even after the end, life can begin again.
