About the Author
Christopher Mallon is a Partner and the Co-Head of the Corporate Restructuring Department in Europe at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP. He is a contributor to Collier on Bankruptcy 15e (LexisNexis looseleaf) and speaks regularly on restructuring issues in Europe and the US. Shai Waisman is a Partner in the Business Finance and Restructuring team at Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York. He regularly contributes articles to various US bankruptcy bulletins and reviews. Mr. Waisman's practice incorporates crisis management, complex multi-national restructurings and acquiring troubled companies.
