Macmillan Publishing Company, New York. 1981. Hardcover. Stated 4th Edition / 2nd Printing by Line Number. Book is tight, square, and unmarked but for a college bookstore price on the FFFP and highlighting scattered through the text. Book Condition: Fine. No DJ. Maroon cloth over boards with black overlay on the spine with gilt and silver lettering on the spine and front board. 810 pp 8vo. This fourth edition has been revised and brought up to date. Certain portions have been altered significantly in the light of developments in Namibia, US policy on sovereign immunity, the 1977 revisions in the law of war especially regarding irregular forces, and the continuing work of the Third Conference on the Law of the Sea. The number of cases cited has been expanded and suggested readings revised considerably. A clean very presentable copy.
