He was a professional seaman and a narrator and geographer for the National Geographic Society. It describes the author's 1933 voyage on a working, sailing ship from Victoria, Australia to Falmouth, England. With over 200 photographs. /// This is a cloth bound 1st edition hardback in good condition-the cloth of the cover is marked & the lettering on the spine is faded.
