Vol. II ONLY (of 2). frontis, illustrations, vi, 398p. Contemporary full leather. 20 cm. Moderate cover scuffing. Backstrip glued at front joint to reattach it at least temporarily. All edges gilt. Printed in gilt on front cover: "E. Y. from A. M. B. July 3, 1889." Author's bookplate as well as the bookplate of a later owner (Melba Peters, who danced professionally as Nila Amparo and was for several years the second wife of Jose Greco). Long folded contemporary article(?) by A. M. Broadley titled "Tripoli, 1881-111") mounted on first blank leaf.
