Add to basket"The Last Offering" by Zsofia Judit Baranyai is a captivating fantasy tale about Ultima, a young woman doomed to be her kingdom's final sacrifice to a fearsome neighbouring realm. The story unfolds in the dark and mysterious kingdom of Estermond, where it delves into dangerous power struggles and the heavy cost of maintaining peace.
Ultima has spent her life in the shadows, raised to be handed over to the rulers of Estermond as a sign of surrender. But when she refuses to accept her fate, her life takes a bold turn. She embarks on a quest not only for her own freedom but also to save her people. Each chapter follows Ultima as she battles evil forces that challenge her determination and bravery.
Zsofia Judit Baranyai creates a world where the lines between duty and desire blur, where ancient rituals control the present, and breaking away from long-standing traditions means going up against the gods themselves. As Ultima navigates through perilous paths, she encounters allies and adversaries that help her see her world differently and discover her role within it.
"The Last Offering" is more than just a story about escape; it's a powerful depiction of one woman's struggle against dark traditions that have long enslaved her people. Armed with cleverness, bravery, and a strong will, Ultima attempts to change her fate and, in doing so, redefines what it means to be a hero.
Join Ultima in "The Last Offering" as she faces her toughest challenges with incredible courage. This book will captivate anyone who loves stories about bold characters, thrilling adventures, and overcoming great odds. Watch as Ultima transitions from being a pawn in a terrifying game to a warrior leaving her mark on history. This book is a must-read for anyone who values tales of fierce willpower and the unyielding resilience of a person determined to make a difference.
