Four large print word search collections in one big book
A large print word search puzzle book for adults you can actually see. 200 puzzles, 8,000+ words, four complete collections - printed big and bound into one full-size volume, so there is no squinting, no shrunken grids and no running out of puzzles.
Every puzzle gets a whole 8.5 x 11 inch page. The grid is set in large bold capitals with wide spacing between the letters, and the word list underneath is printed just as large - nothing is compressed to save paper the way it is in pocket-size puzzle magazines.
What is inside
- 200 puzzles - one per page, never two crammed onto a spread
- 40 words in every puzzle - 8,000+ words in all
- 4 complete puzzle books in one - Books 1 to 4, each with its own 50 puzzles and its own answer section
- 200 different themes - holidays and seasons, food and cooking, animals, flowers and trees, countries and travel, music and film, home and garden, sports, science, everyday life
- Words run every way - forward, backward, up, down and diagonally
- Complete answers for every single puzzle
- 227 pages, 8.5 x 11 inches - lies flat on a table, a lap or an armrest
A different subject on every page. Christmas, Halloween and New Year's Eve. Spring flowers, wild animals, birds and the night sky. Kitchens, gardens, tools and the family car. Trips to Italy, France, Japan and around the USA. Music, theatre and film. Enough variety that no two evenings feel the same, and enough familiar ground that the words come easily.
How it is organised. Four collections in sequence - Book 1, Book 2, Book 3, Book 4 - each with 50 themed puzzles followed by its own answer pages, so the solutions are always a few pages away and never mixed in with someone else's puzzle.
Who it is for
Adults and seniors who love word find puzzles but find ordinary puzzle magazines too small to enjoy. Readers with tired eyes who still want a full page of puzzle in front of them. Anyone who wants a quiet, screen-free hour in the evening, on a flight, in a waiting room or in the garden.
It also works as a practical gift for a parent or grandparent: a big book that lasts for months of daily puzzling instead of a thin pad finished in a week - easy to pick up for ten minutes, easy to put down mid-page.
At one puzzle a day it lasts over six months - a steady, unhurried habit for anyone who likes to keep the mind busy and the hands off a screen.
Good to know before you order
This is one large-format book containing four collections, not four separate books shipped together. The puzzles are built to be relaxing and findable rather than fiendish - a comfortable challenge with plenty of words to find, not a brain-buster for competition solvers.
Sharpen a pencil, pick a theme and start with puzzle number one.
