Review
From the reviews:
"Laparoscopic surgery of the abdomen provides an extensive review of all aspects of laparoscopic surgery of the abdomen and abdominal wall. ... it is written in an authoritative and well-referenced manner. Use of references is sensible with the key historic and formative articles ... . This book is comprehensive, well written and a must for any individual who seeks to apply laparoscopic approaches to abdominal procedures and should be in the library of every Department of Surgery." (I.J. Beckingham, The Surgeon, Vol. 3 (4), 2005)
"The book is divided into sections encompassing all current fields of interest in minimally invasive surgery. ... The most impressive feature of this book is that it combines the thoroughness of a textbook and the agility of a handbook. ... Laproscopic techniques are explained in detail, also with the help of schemes and photographs. ... thanks to the excellent definition and good grey scale. Final note: An excellent book both for residents in training and for experienced surgeons ... ." (M. Elli, Digestive and Liver Disease, Vol. 36, 2004)
