Pages 1271-1338, 68pp. Includes folding map of Lancashire and tables of road distances between major towns in both Lancashire and Kent, each of which is decorated with arms of their towns. Bound in plain stiff paper; title typed on the spine. The map has a little offsetting but the rest of the pages are in very good condition and clean. Seller Inventory # 10566
