Store description
Edinburgh Community Bookshop was opened in 2022 to raise funds for local charities. We have a physical shop in Leith which is run by over 30 volunteers. All books have been donated to us by members of the public or local organisations. Each month we support a different people-based charity in the Edinburgh area by donating the profits from our shop directly to them. For example in October 2022 we donated £2397.48 to Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity. In November 2022 we are raising fund for Cyrenians, an Edinburgh based charity tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness. You'll find more about us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram or by visiting our website.…
