[ii]+110+[2](colophon, verso blank), 4 full page illustrations plus colophon illustration, printed music; wide demy 4to; qr. parchment, spine lettered in gilt, green papered boards with Norman Lindsay illustration in gilt on upper board, the spine lightly bruised at extremities, boards slightly soiled and a trifle silverfished; t.e.g., others uncut; bookseller's stamp at foot of upper free endpaper, the free endpapers and full page illustrations faintly offset, hinge starting near centre, occasional slight soiling; The Fanfrolico Press, London, 1927[actually March 1928].
