Non-UK customers: Cash (most currencies accepted) for the value of the book(s)
and postage, plus £2 surcharge for bank charges, and all rounded up or down to
the nearest banknote. No cash has gone missing yet - it's a lot less risky than

iniquitous bank clearance charges.Or....Ask a friend with a UK bank account to
issue a Sterling cheque. Credit cards are accepted only through Abebooks e-
commerce or PayPal.- The cost of postage naturally depends on where you are and what you want - I

will supply appropriate packaging free of charge. Recorded delivery 74p extra in
UK, £3 for non-UK destinations. This provides insurance up to £50. Registered
post available at cost. If you do not select either of these, books will go by
airmail or first class in the UK and a certificate of posting will be kept. For
large orders please ask for a parcel quote.- PLEASE NOTE: I will not send surface mail to the USA, unless you absolutely
insist. It takes months and I have better uses for my time than fending off
erroneous complaints about lost books. I'd also advise americans not to use
surface mail when buying from other booksellers.
