Tall octavo. 448 pages of text plus 16 copper plates, five of which are foldout. One plate is loose. Original cloth spine, paper-covered boards, paper label on spine. There is a 1/4" x 2" piece of the cloth spine missing, and the front joint is tender along the top 3." The text is very clean, the pages unopened (never read), while the copper plates have some foxing.
