Neuware - 'You Should have Listened when I told you the 1st time,' is a gut wrenching tale that exemplifies why it's important for teens to obey their parents. Author La' Kendrick 'Tank' Thompson offers a realistic point of view from parents who foresee the dangers of the world & their teenage sons and daughters who are being peer pressured or ignoring their parent's directives. Jerome has a bright future ahead of him, but he also has a great deal of empathy for his friend Omar. Jerome's mother, Velma, advises him to distance himself from the troubled teen who's going in the opposite direction. Jerome is then left with one or two choices: Take heed to his mother's advice, or to choose his own path. What Jerome doesn't understand is, not everyone gets a second chance to make it right.
